Terms of Sales

1.         Your conditions of sale

2.             Article 1 Purpose

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the GT'INTAKE company and its customers in connection with the sale of goods.

Any service performed by the company GT'INTAKE implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

3.             Article 2 Presentation of the products

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on our FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, EBAY pages and on our website www.gtintake.com. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The responsibility of the company GT'INTAKE cannot be engaged if errors are introduced. All the texts and images presented on the GT'INTAKE company website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

4.             Article 3 Period of validity of sales offers

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by e-mail or by messaging via  FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, EBAY and on our website www.gtintake.com

5.             Article 4 Product Prices

Our FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, EBAY pages and on our website www.gtintake.com indicate the prices in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when the customer selects a product and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the various products by the customer.

GT'INTAKE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.

The proposed prices include discounts and rebates that the company GT'INTAKE would have to grant taking into account its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain services.

No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.

6.             Article 5 Warranty and Approval

All our products for sale on the site are guaranteed new, in manufacturer's packaging. They therefore benefit from the manufacturer's warranty, under the manufacturer's conditions. The manufacturer's warranty conditions are available on simple request from the company GT'INTAKE. The customer is deemed to have been aware of these conditions at the time of the sale. Any modification of the product voids the warranty. Any return of product must first be the subject of a request to the company GT'INTAKE which will give its authorization for the return of the product. Return costs and transport risks are the responsibility of the customer.

The products available on our pages are not approved by manufacturers and insurers. They are therefore prohibited for road use, and reserved for competition use on closed roads, circuits or other private land. The assembly of these items could be liable to invalidate the manufacturer's warranty and could be used by certain insurance companies to avoid covering certain claims. It is therefore up to you to declare to your insurer any non-original item fitted to your vehicle. GT'INTAKE declines all responsibility, whatever it may be, concerning the calling into question of a manufacturer's warranty, mechanical or electronic breakage as well as any loss of insurance coverage.

These guarantees are exclusive of any other guarantee, in particular of any guarantee of result as to the satisfaction of the specific needs of the buyer.

7.             Article 6 Order

The customer validates his order when he makes the payment.

The GT'INTAKE company confirms the order by e-mail;

This information includes in particular all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by GT'INTAKE constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company GT'INTAKE under the conditions and legal deadlines; the customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations department.

8.             Article 7 Methods of payment

Payment for orders is made by cash, bank transfer or Paypal.

9.             Article 8 Late payment

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay the GT'INTAKE company a late payment penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate.

The rate of legal interest retained is that in force on the day of delivery of the goods.

This penalty is calculated on the amount excluding taxes of the sum remaining due, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being necessary.

In accordance with articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com., any late payment automatically entails, in addition to late payment penalties, an obligation for the debtor to pay a fixed indemnity of €40 excluding tax for recovery costs.

Additional compensation may be claimed, on supporting documents, when the recovery costs incurred exceed the amount of the lump sum compensation.

10.         Article 9 Delivery

All products are delivered without guarantee as to delivery times, with the exception of deliveries to private individuals. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. It is fixed, for an address in metropolitan France, on the day of payment + 10 days and, for other destinations, on the day of payment + 1 month. These deadlines may be modified in the context of holidays announced via our pages  FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, EBAY and on our website www.gtintake.com.

In order to guarantee attractive prices on certain products, inventory management is done on a just-in-time basis. Except for products in stock, the order from the supplier or manufacturer will only be triggered after payment of your order. Delivery times may therefore vary depending on the nature of the product ordered depending on the suppliers. The follow-up of your order on the site allows you to consult its progress. GT'INTAKE undertakes to keep you informed of any significant delays in relation to the initial delivery time beyond its control (manufacturer breakage, transport disruptions, etc.). The indicative delivery times for the products are only indicative times in working days in the case of normal logistics.
